Post-it lappens mange bruksområder

Vårt straffesystem fungerer slik; for hvert påbegynte tiende minutt man kommer for sent, kaster man én øl i kassa.

Who are you?
I am not the oldest, nor the youngest in the group, so I am kinda caught in the middle, like the A1 song. I was born and raised here in Trondheim and ended up doing this bachelor degree with three foreigners from the southern part of Norway. I am a guy who likes to use a sense of humour in the work we do... a lot! Although it is kinda ironic that I am also the guy who tend to get the most annoyed by the pity of small issues, both work related and not, If I have experienced something annoying, I would not hesitate to share it! - I will probably have tweeted it.

What are your strengths, weaknesses, and interests?
I am the quiet type who like to use my two ears before I say something dumb. You could say I am careful with yelling my opinions out loud, in fear of the reactions I might get, which can be a negative side. I see myself as the multicolored brick in this puzzle, trying to fit the wrong way. I have some radical ideas and I am focused on doing things in our own unique way. I like getting things done, but in a precise way. I like working with others, but may have a tendense to fade out in a bigger working crowd.

What interests you about the product and service you are going to deliver?
It triggers me that it might be a market for our product. Personally I strongly believe there is a market, this is definitely my drive for the project. Also the fact that we have a potential to create something helpful, not just a funny game, but a product that can solve conflicts easy in everyday life.

How do you determine or evaluate success?
First of all we must set goals and be determined to reach for those goals. I would say that success would be reached if we can achieve ambitious goals which makes us reach even longer. That to me is success.

What role do you prefer on a team project?
The quiet squirrel in the corner eating peanuts? You could call me a teamworker and a creative head. We have a saying in norwegian which in bad translation goes something like this; Pissing upwind.

What two or three things would be most important to you in your job?
Teamwork, coffee and teamwork.

What is your greatest strength?
I tend to use my ears before I speak. Trying to be original in the work I do. I consider those two things my greatest strengths.

Why do you think you would do well on this project?
Making somehting people would want to use, listening to potential customers and study what they would want in this kind of product.

Describe your work ethic.
Getting things done.

Half empty or half full?
I would prefer myself full and the cup empty.

Beer?
Yes?

Who are you?
The youngest member of the group, by some distance. I am a constant over-achiever, who aim high and reach higher. Im from rural Årnes where I plan to live out the rest of my life, spawn, die and reincarnate as a superior entity still in sweatpants. Fear me!

What are your strengths, weaknesses, and interests?
My biggest weakness is my strength; physical strength that is. I am weak as a bad pun! Love teamwork, in any situation, except the one where noe one is working. My strengths is being a realist, by-the-book kind of guy and never giving up. My stubborness might be cripple the creative flow of projects, but it fits my role in the team.

What interests you about the product and service you are going to deliver?
It interests me in many, many, many ways! Too many ways to mention here.

How do you determine or evaluate success?
I stand back and watch people's amazement as they admire my work. Or laugh.

What role do you prefer on a team project?
Coordinator; bossing people around. What a blast that is! Jokes aside, coordinating work is fun and an important part of any project work.

What two or three things would be most important to you in your job?
Co-workers. They make a bad day good. Also important that I actually like what I am doing, thats about it.

What is your greatest strength?
Read Q2. Might be logic, although how I apply it is beyond reason.

Why do you think you would do well on this project?
Because I am that good, I am like GOD! I am, really!

Describe your work ethic.
Do it, or shut up.

Half empty or half full?
Empty!

Beer?
I make myself.

Who are you?
Contrary to the fact or what you may have heard I am a reasonable and cheerful guy. Who can't help himself. Either by making a creative mess, or charging ahead. Besides being old and stubborn Im from Oslo, interdisciplinary ~ history and IT, and to some I appear quite annoying while to others endearing - I really don't care which.

What are your strengths, weaknesses, and interests?
I am a team player so I tend to mediate and focus on the teams function and progress. This can be a rather unfulfilling and unrewarding experience. We are a stubborn bunch.
I hunt opportunities and original ideas. It is my second nature to analyse and interprete. I get caught up in things too easily and have little regard for limits which I should be aware of. This is both positive and negative in equal measures. Who in their right mind tells you not to think outside the box? Interests are varied. If they weren't, they wouldn't be my interests.

What interests you about the product and service you are going to deliver?
The opportunity this might bring a lot of people  and a general hope that it might take off!
I have use for the service myself. There are many aspects of this service that interest me. Mainly design, UI, development, user feedback/participation, and the business drive and aspect of the project.

How do you determine or evaluate success?
I determine my success on two conditions; the standards to be met for reaching and achieving the set goals, and of course my own preferences. A project might succeed, but I might not be happy with the results. I give my best either way.

What role do you prefer on a team project?
Analytic (ME), Resource investigator (RI), Innovator (PL)

What two or three things would be most important to you in your job?
Variety
Elbow room
Choice
Feedback and vice versa
What is your greatest strengths?
"Out of the box thinking"
Progressiveness
Open mindedness
3-Gate Robo

Why do you think you would do well on this project?
It is foretold § No, Im probably the biggest sceptic in this team.

Describe your work ethic.
All or nothing!

Half empty or half full?
Half quenched, more

Beer?
Yes, please - make it a red ale!

Who are you?
My mothers son. And sometimes Frank. But I don't enjoy being frank, so I try to stay clear of him.

What are your strengths, weaknesses, and interests?
Why do you want to know?

What interests you about the product and service you are going to deliver?
It's node. Node is cool. It's hip. I want to be hip.

How do you determine or evaluate success?
I usually go with what feels right in the moment. My gut, if you will. And when that doesn't work, I try not to care.

What role do you prefer on a team project?
Whatever, as long as I get to deside what, how, and with whom we do it.

What two or three things would be most important to you in your job?
I need to be able to enjoy my work. I need to look forward to going to work, and I need to work in a windows-free environment.

What is your greatest strength?
Didn't we go over this already?

Why do you think you would do well on this project?
I don't hate my team-members. That's a plus.

Describe your work ethic.
If it needs to be done, find someone who can do it. If there's no-one, it can wait.

Half empty or half full?
For fuck's sake, just fill it up!

Beer?
Yes please. I'm an avid untappd-user, so make it one I haven't had before.
